I love working with couples local and from afar. I have met some amazing people-turned-friends because of Bore Tide and how cool is that?!
My goal for every couple I work with is to make you feel seen and heard, prepared, but mostly EXCITED so you and your lover can focus on each other and leave the rest to me!

Hi, I'm Kyla. (pronounced like kiiii-laaa)
Outside of photographing amazing humans, I am a dog mom to 2 furry heathens and I work a full time gig in telecommunications running the comms & marketing department.
I prefer to be outdoors but like to stroll through nature, not struggle through it. I love being silly and making a fool of myself for the sake of beautiful photos. So, let's get a little lost and a lot silly, friends!

Introducing
The first time I asked about photographer was when I rifled through my father's closet and opened a heavy-duty silver hard-side case that housed his precious 35mm camera. No electrical components, no digital editing - pure artistry in the composition.
My dad is who showed me the wild world of documenting the moments that compile someone's legacy. Time is not to be taken for granted and, through photos, we are able to enjoy the memories and feelings we once experienced.
Photography is a creative outlet that has led to so much healing, allowed me to process, and allowed me to create my own legacy!
